Natami project is finally online: production of developer boards is planned for Summer 2008

The basic concept is straight: Get the Amiga up-to-date.
The concept is to archive this by hardware only means, NO software emulation of the hardware parts.
The concept is the project name: Native Amiga .
The goal is to build a succeeding Amiga model. Keeping the original philosophy - but not the limitations.
The project is still on updating status but the hope to see a revolutionary board such as 90s commodore machines really deserve a close look.

Toshiba, has decided to stop his Hd DVD media standard support with a decision announced and leaving open field to sony Blu-Ray

Following market trends and last events Toshiba decision was not surprising even if with a impressing short terms (end of march).
No more players will be produced, sales support for old products will be however provided from the company.

This decision will influence also console market: this standard had been chosen in fact by Microsoft for its XBox 360 product. Playstation 3 will have from now another weapon in its Blu-Ray support to efficiently face this market.
