If you want to take advantage of Joomla 1.5 ToolTip integrate system and your page includes also Mootools (behavior.modal) effects remember that is not necessary to include both of codes
JHTML::_('behavior.modal');
JHTML::_('behavior.tooltip');.
The first one will be enough for your success: the approach will avoid any type of conflict.
